Methodology
How we build local real estate intelligence.
Front Range Real Estate Network is powered by Fall Line Real Estate. The publishing system is designed to favor useful, sourceable local information over content volume.
Source discipline
Articles may use permitted public market information, approved aggregate listing information where display rights allow, normalized historical listing activity, community-level observations, and established real estate advisory methods.
Editorial limits
The system does not invent market statistics, use restricted listing fields without permission, publish non-public contact information, or make factual claims beyond the supporting evidence.
AI-assisted publishing
AI can assist with discovery, organization, drafting, review, and machine-readable formatting. Every artifact still has to pass the same source, licensing, fair-housing, privacy, and accuracy rules.
DEaL-R
DEaL-R reconstructs permitted listing history and organizes observable signals for a seller relaunch conversation. It does not automatically diagnose why a home failed to sell.
Canonical content graph
Each market has one durable canonical community page. Supporting articles answer narrower questions and point back to that parent rather than competing with it. DEaL-R owns relaunch methodology and the seller pages own transactional conversion intent.
Machine-readable publishing
Canonical pages, structured data, XML sitemaps, RSS, and LLM-oriented text feeds are generated from the same source material wherever practical. That improves consistency and discoverability but does not guarantee rankings or citations.
